RESPONSE TO THE WORLD
OFFERING: Feel free to place your gifts, offerings, and tithes in the container in the aisle behind the last pew, as you enter.
We thank you and may God bless each of you.
*DOXOLOGY: What can I give him? Poor as I am, If I were a shepherd, I would give a lamb. If I were a wise man, I would do my part;
Yet what I can I give him: Give him my heart

Holy God, on this day we press the “pause button” to worship you. As we gather, we are reminded that many places in the world need your joy. As we pour out our hearts to you in worship, fill us with your Holy Spirit so our joy can overflow into the world. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

JOYS AND CONCERNS
PRAYER OF INTERCESSION (In unison after prayer)
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
(Matthew 6:9-13)
