Holy God, we come before You grateful that we are not defined by our past, our performance, or the opinions of this world. We are defined by You. Thank You for giving us to Jesus, for keeping us in Your name, and for calling us into Your purpose. As we open Your Word, shape our hearts to believe what is true—that we belong to You, are held by You, and are sent by You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
