PRELUDE
We are excited that you are worshiping with Gethsemane today.
OPENING PRAYER:
Holy God, we give our thanks and praise for all that you’ve done for us. We thank you for the beauty of creation, the wonder of life, the blessing of your love. We thank you for surrounding us with family and friends. We praise you for our successes, but we also thank you for our moments of learning and growing because they require us to depend upon you. Most of all, we thank you for Jesus Christ our King. We are grateful for the Truth we have found in God’s Word and the example Jesus has provided for us as we learn what it is to be given abundant life. Thank you Lord for all things. Amen.

CHILDREN’S MESSAGE
Let us welcome the children: “Jesus Loves Me”. “Jesus loves me! This I know. For the Bible tells me so. Little ones to Him belong; they are weak, but he is strong. Yes! Jesus loves me, Yes! Jesus loves me. Yes! Jesus loves me. The Bible tells me so”.
JOYS AND CONCERNS
PRAYER OF INTERCESSION (In unison after prayer)
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
(Matthew 6:9-13)
SHARING LOVE & PEACE in PLACE
“For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.”
