“How can we help people sense the whole, together? Harvesting and sharing key ideas and insights
is like putting up tent poles.
It’s what’s in the circle revealed by putting up those poles, not any of the individual poles,
where the meaning of the conversation as a whole lies.”

CHILDREN’S MESSAGE
Let us welcome the children: “Jesus Loves Me”. “Jesus loves me! This I know. For the Bible tells me so. Little ones to Him belong; they are weak, but he is strong. Yes! Jesus loves me, Yes! Jesus loves me. Yes! Jesus loves me. The Bible tells me so”.
SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM Ivy Lyn Gormont
PRAYER OF INTERCESSION (In unison after prayer)
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory forever. Amen. (Matthew 6:9-13)
SHARING LOVE & PEACE in PLACE
“For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.”
We are excited that you are worshiping with Gethsemane today.
Prayer of Confession2
Lord Jesus Christ, you are the way of peace.
Come into the brokenness of our lives and our land
with your healing love.
Help us to be willing to bow before you in true repentance,
and to bow to one another in real forgiveness. By the fire of your Holy Spirit, melt our hard hearts
and consume the pride and prejudice which separate us. Fill us, O Lord, with your perfect love, which casts out our fear, and bind us together in that unity
which you share with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Amen
