PLEASE HELP! There is a sign up sheet to be worship helpers for
January- greeters, acolyte, liturgist, sound room, communion….. Look
for the yellow paper in the welcome area.
There are extra Gethsemane T-shirts in the Welcome Area. Feel free
to take one!
The 2025 offering envelopes are ready for pick up. They are in the
Welcome Area. If you would like a box to help keep track of your
weekly tithing, please contact the church office. 814-345-6860.
The GUMC Health and Safety Committee is requesting that anyone
who helps with food preparation in the Gethsemane Kitchen complete
the online course and assessment for a Servsafe Food Handler. This
course covers 5 key areas including basic food safety, personal hygiene,
cross contamination and allergens, time and temperature, and
cleaning and sanitation. Each of the 5 areas should take about 10
minutes to complete. Cost of the course is $15. If you want to complete
the course and need assistance with the course cost and/or computer
access, please speak to Pastor Julia.

The West Branch Area Food Bank services 120 families every month.
They are looking for the following donations – December– Cake
Mixes, Icing in a Can, Canned Green Beans, & other vegetables.
