Why we are brothers and sisters
*What the Bible says about spiritual practices as a way of life.

(Summer Series)

PREPARATION AND PRAISE
GREETING and ANNOUNCEMENTS GATHERING PRAISE SONG
PRELUDE
We are excited that you are worshiping with Gethsemane today.
OPENING PRAYER
“Almighty God, you sustained your people with manna in the wilderness and with bread and fish by the sea of Galilee. Sustain us today, not only with physical food, but also with spiritual food, the bread of life who is
our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.”
CHILDREN’S MESSAGE
Let us welcome the children: “Jesus Loves Me”. “Jesus loves me! This I know. For the Bible tells me so. Little ones to Him belong; they are weak, but he is strong. Yes! Jesus loves me, Yes! Jesus loves me. Yes! Jesus loves me. The Bible tells me so”.
PRAYER OF INTERCESSION (In unison after prayer)
Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory forever. Amen. (Matthew 6:9-13)
SHARING LOVE & PEACE in PLACE
“For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.”
