OPENING PRAYER: (in unison)

Gracious and loving God,
You called Abram to step out in faith, and through Christ You call us to be born from above. As we gather in Your presence, open our hearts to trust Your promises and receive Your Spirit. Give us courage to follow where You lead and faith to believe in the depth of Your love for the world.

Speak to us now, and make us a blessing to others;
through Jesus Christ our Lord

Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
