April 26 from 10 AM – noon in Grace Hall. See Cindy Williams for details.
Over 300 people came and watched the 60+ member cast perform the
Easter Drama, “From the Cradle to the Cross”. The generous love
offering will be divided with $501 to church expenses, $501 to drama
account and $501 towards a new sign in front of the church.
West Branch Scouts Pack # 46 will be having a spaghetti dinner in
Hope Hall on Saturday, May 3 from noon – 5 pm. The cost is $10 for
adults, $5 for children 12 and under. For tickets, see your favorite
scout or call Mary Kay 814-592-9217.
The Lee Hebel Scholarship sponsored by the West Branch Area
Ministerium is for a High School graduate or “2nd Career Persons” for
Christian College, Seminary, Bible School, whose intention is to prepare for full
time professional Christian service (such as pastoral ministry, counseling,
Christian Education Director, Youth ministry, or teaching in a Christian School).
The application must be postmarked by May 1, 2025. Contact the church office
for information.
The Lay Servant Ministries Basic Course will be held May 2 & 3 at Grace
UMC in Centre Hall. For more information, see the flyer on bulletin board.
The West Branch Area Food Bank services 145 families every month. They
are looking for the following donations: Spaghetti, Spaghetti Sauce,
canned fruit/vegetables, cereal. Monetary donations are helpful too!!
The Blessing Bags Ministry is seeking donations of any new or gently
used backpacks for the homeless. If any questions, please see Nancy
Bowman or Pastor Julia. Bags can be placed in the donation bin.
If you would like to purchase flowers for the altar for Sunday
morning worship, there is a sign-up sheet on bulletin board by
