WEST BRANCH AREA FOOD BANK as we begin to prepare for the upcoming

Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday meal packages which are given to our food

bank clients in addition to their regular monthly food items, during the

months of October, November and December we are encouraging the

donation of the following items; boxed mashed potatoes, boxed stuffing mix,

bags of noodles, canned green beans, canned or pouches of gravy,

boxed cakes mixes and canned frosting. Monetary donations are always

appreciated, and checks can be made out to the West Branch Area Food

Bank and mailed to Gethsemane United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 185

Allport, PA 16821 Blessings for your continued support.

PIES- It’s time to buy pies for Thanksgiving. Pies are made here at the church

and cost $10 each. Orders are due Nov. 20. You can place order form in the

offering plate or give to Cathy Larson. Pick up day will be November 25 from

3:30 – 5:30 pm. Extra order forms are in the Welcome Area.

It’s time to order Gethsemane FRUITCAKES. These cakes are full of

walnuts, Brazil nuts, dates and maraschino cherries. Cost is $12 each. Extra

order forms are in the Welcome Area. Orders are due Monday, Nov. 30. You

may place your order form in the offering plate or give to Cathy Larson.
