Has anyone given any thought or Prayed about helping this outreach Program? We are in definite need for about one or two hours a month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Food Pantry Coordinator request. Miss Mary Ann is in need of few retired or available persons who may be free during an afternoon here and there, usually once or twice a month. What this entails is: Walmart donates to our Pantry, Pallets of food and we are responsible to pick it up at the Walmart Distribution Center in Woodland. There are usually three Pallets in each cycle. Would anyone be willing to sign up for a turn at helping pickup of donations for the Food Pantry? We have been blessed to have some terrific friends do this for us. Stanley Sones, Alan and Roger Larson, have been our retriever’s most recently, but it’s very hard to be available every time. Please Ladies and Gents, give it some thought. Even if you could just help with emptying the pallets that would be great. Please give Mary Ann a Call or Jeff a call in the office. This is very important to continue this blessed community outreach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fingers of Faith, Gethsemane’s beautiful creative knitters, big hearted Crochet workers meets every Tuesday, in the church Library at 6:30-8:00 PM. This wonderful group is for anyone who loves friendships and wants to learn these ageless hobbies. Even if you’ve never done either of these, come anyway and we will teach you. We teach old dogs and new puppies new tricks all the time. We love spending time together and Serve our Lord at the same time. We’ll be looking forward to a <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are encouraged to notify the church when someone is in the hospital or scheduled for surgery by contacting the church office. We have learned that one of the stipulations during this Pandemic, is that students may not use other students school supplies. They cannotshare, pencils, crayons, markers or anything else.We are hoping that our congregation may be able to help us help the students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Items of need that will definitely help are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Crayons, Pencils,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dry erase markers, Glue sticks, Folders,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chlorax wipes or other disinfectant wipes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
and zip lock bags, all sizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A contribution of any of these items will help tremendously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are able to help, please bring your donation to church on Sunday and we will have a box available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
